Take More Steps
Add steps to your daily routines. There are plenty of opportunities to add steps to reach your goal of being more active. Here is a list of things you can do right away:

When going to the supermarket, park as far away from the door as possible.

If you work in an office, take the long way to the kitchen or bathroom.

If your job entails meetings, suggest that the meeting be a "walking meeting".

Get up and change the channel on the TV rather than use the remote.
